Beginner Reformer
Level: ⭐ Beginner
Perfect for first-time clients or those new to Reformer Pilates. Learn the fundamentals, including proper machine setup, Pilates principles, breathing, alignment, and foundational exercises. This class builds confidence while improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. Best for: New clients and anyone looking to master the basics.
Reformer Flow
Level: ⭐ Beginner–Intermediate
Our signature full-body reformer class combines strength, stability, balance, and mobility in a smooth, continuous flow. Expect a dynamic workout that challenges your core while improving overall muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination. Best for: All fitness levels. Beginners are welcome, while experienced clients can increase the challenge with spring resistance and exercise progressions.
Sculpt & Tone
Level: ⭐⭐ Intermediate
A strength-focused full-body workout designed to sculpt lean muscle and improve muscular endurance. Expect targeted exercises for the glutes, legs, arms, and core using heavier spring resistance, higher repetitions, and controlled movements. At least 6–10 Reformer Flow or Beginner Reformer classes before attending. Best for: Clients looking to build strength and definition.
Tower Reformer
Level: ⭐⭐ Intermediate
Experience the versatility of the Tower Reformer by combining traditional reformer exercises with spring-loaded tower movements. This class improves posture, spinal mobility, flexibility, upper-body strength, and core stability while introducing new movement possibilities. Best for: Clients wanting variety and a balanced full-body workout.
Jumpboard Reformer
Level: ⭐⭐ Intermediate
Add a cardio element to your Pilates practice using the Jumpboard attachment. This energetic, low-impact class elevates your heart rate while strengthening your legs, core, and cardiovascular endurance without placing excessive stress on the joints. Best for: Clients seeking a fun, athletic & cardio workout.
Reformer Abs, Hips & Thighs
Level: ⭐⭐ Intermediate
Target your core and lower body with exercises designed to strengthen and tone the abdominals, glutes, hips, and thighs. This focused workout helps improve stability, posture, and lower-body endurance while delivering a satisfying burn.
Reformer Triple A's: Arms, Abs & A$$
Level: ⭐⭐ Intermediate
One of our most popular specialty classes, this high-energy workout focuses on sculpting the arms, strengthening the core, and building glute strength through creative reformer programming and targeted resistance exercises.

No prior experience needed. Reformer Pilates is adaptable to all fitness levels. We offer beginner-friendly classes where the instructors guide you through the basics and ensure you perform each movement safely and effectively.

Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes for personal safety protection. We also have the grippy socks at the studio for purchase.
For your first class, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely, a water bottle and a towel. We provide all other equipment, including mats and the Reformer machine. -
