Physio Pilates Program
Expert Physiotherapy Meets Reformer Pilates
Recover with confidence. Move with purpose. Build strength that lasts. A unique rehabilitation program that combines the clinical expertise of a Registered Physiotherapist with the functional movement benefits of one-on-one Reformer Pilates.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, rebuilding strength, or simply looking to move better, Physio Pilates offers a personalized approach designed to help you achieve lasting results.
How It Works
Our Physio Pilates program combines virtual physiotherapy with personalized in-studio Pilates sessions to provide comprehensive, movement-based rehabilitation.
Step 1: Virtual Physiotherapy Assessment
Your journey begins with a 30–45 minute virtual assessment with our licensed Registered Physiotherapist. During your assessment, physio will assess your injury, movement patterns, and overall mobility. Review your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Develop a personalized treatment and fitness plan. Recommend the appropriate number and frequency of Pilates sessions. Provide ongoing guidance throughout your rehabilitation journey
Step 2: In-Studio Reformer Pilates Sessions
Once your assessment is complete, you'll begin personalized 1:1 private Reformer Pilates sessions at Sliving Pilates studios. Following the physiotherapist's treatment plan, our experienced instructors will guide you through exercises specifically selected to help you: Improve movement quality, restore strength and stability, build deep core strength, , increase mobility and flexibility, and improve posture and body awareness.
Collaborative Care
Your rehabilitation is supported through a collaborative approach. Virtual physiotherapy consultations are provided by our partnered third-party physiotherapy clinic. One-on-one Reformer Pilates sessions are delivered in person by Sliving Pilates instructors using your personalized treatment plan. Together, this integrated approach helps bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term movement, allowing you to recover safely while building strength and confidence.
